2 lbs DOWN!

I'm down 2 lbs already! At 5 ft 2in, this is enough to feel lighter and provide me with the incentive to keep going. Especially since my consultation at ACT ON WEIGHT & WELLNESS was on a Friday - going into the weekend. The first thing I noticed as I prepared dinner for my family on Friday night, is that I really wasn't starving! I am truly amazed at the appetite suppression that happens immediately after an injection. Yes, I said injection. If you feel that this is a turn off....let me reassure you. It's not as scary as you may think.... Maybe I feel this way because in order to give birth to my beautiful baby girl (who is 4yrs old now), I went through In vitro fertilization (IVF) with daily fertility treatment injections...maybe it's because Wilma makes it quick & painless or maybe it's because the Lipotropic injections are SAFE with B-12 and Micro nutrients. Either way, I was AMAZED at the outcome. The B-12 definitely provides a jolt of energy as well! Moving on to the FAB 5 bundle, which helps jump start your metabolism..... The Green Tea extract is amazing! By far, this is my favorite supplement. I bring the dropper with me to work to put into my water bottle. This "extract" is concentrated, so I was a bit nervous taking it on an empty stomach. However, it tastes delicious (a little sweet) and no stomach issues whatsoever. Tumeric / Carcuma . According to an article on Healthline.com, "The spice known as turmeric may be the most effective nutritional supplement in existence". Seriously? Clearly, I should have been ordering Chicken Curry from my favorite Indian restaurant more often! It also makes a great hostess gift for BBQs. All in all the supplements are tasty and they are definitely easier to swallow than my usual Omega 3 and Co Q 10 capsules.
