Adapting high-rise living to the new normal

WITH the current spike in Covid-19 cases and ongoing full movement control order (MCO) nationwide, the pandemic continues to wreak uncertainty.
Following the initial lockdown stage, we have already seen several changes take place. For example, people are rethinking the home place as they spend more time there, and this new normal reality is expected to continue for years to come.
This poses a few questions: What have we learnt from our previous MCO experience? What changes can be implemented to benefit residents while adapting to the pandemic?
Safe and flexible high-rise living
Careful planning and creative design can turn even the most modest space into a sanctuary. When complemented with ample greenery and communal spaces, the home can truly become more than the sum of its parts.
