You must have: Demonstrated experience with depositions, court appearances, prepared and argued motions J.D. from an ABA-Approved Law School Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia Ideal candidates will have: 3 – 4 years of experience at a defense firm Strong writing and speaking skills Proven ability to manage complex cases Outstanding analytical skills Ability to conduct depositions and manage discovery Passion for litigation With over 35 years of experience, Drew Eckl & Farnham offers uncompromising legal service to our clients while striving to implement innovative solutions to complex problems.
