Architectural firm located in Downtown LA looking for a skilled and personable candidate to join our team as a Building Permit Expediter.
Position: Building Permit Expediter
** Roles & Responsibilities:
- Visit the City Departments (Planning, Building, Bureau of Engineering, LADOT, etc). to execute clearances related to attaining permits
- Fill out and revise applications for submittal
- Client relation as applicable (provide updates via email or phone calls)
- Errands (retrieving documents, plans, permits, records, etc.)- Organize applications and reports as directed
** Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 months administrative work experience but Not Required.
- Must be a strong verbal communicator
