YSR Congress Party chief Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy accused TDP supremo N Chandrababu Naidu and BJP state president D Purandeswari of obstructing the distribution of welfare schemes in Andhra Pradesh. Speaking at a public meeting in Rajanagaram, he alleged that they were pressuring the Election Commission to halt direct benefit transfer financial assistance for ongoing state welfare schemes like pensions and input subsidy.
