buildings that are in the 40-year recertification process. yesterday we completed a visual inspection of all 507. we did more of others including the senior homes and also asked all buildings to within 21 days give us a licensed reported and electrical and structural engineering issues. we're not trying to inspire confidence. we're trying to make sure we take steps that address issues. by the way, all 507 of the five that were red tagged none for anything serious. we feel comfortable we are doing what we need to do. but we aren't stopping making sure we are doing everything possible. making changes as we we need to to. >> mayor suarez, while it's customary to have 40-year inspections -- inspections for recertification and regular inspections already taking place on a number of of these tall structures, whether in miami, miami beach, et cetera, but flou
