Man accused of killing Winnipeg cab driver has history of animosity toward South Asian people: prosecutor

Winnipeg cab driver Balvir Toor was fatally stabbed in March 2020 over a payment dispute with a man who has a history of animosity toward taxi drivers and South Asian people, a Crown prosecutor argued Wednesday at the second-degree murder trial of Okoth Obeing.
