Police shock as a 10-year-old boy is arrested in Alice Springs for theft of cigarettes

Northern Territory police said it was 'extremely concerning' to have arrested and charged a 10-year-old boy over the theft of $2,000 worth of cigarettes in Alice Springs last weekend.
