Inform Lykos Romania increases stake in two local cos for 1.3 mln euro

BUCHAREST (Romania), February 19 (SeeNews) - Smart cards manufacturer Inform Lykos Romania, part of Greek group Inform, paid 1.3 million euro ($1.57 million) to increase its stake in two local companies, the parent group said.
Inform Lykos Romania acquired a further 15.52% of Next Docs ECM Expert and a further 14.55% of Next Docs Confidential, both already part of the group, Inform said in a statement filed with the Athens Stock Exchange on Thursday.
Inform Lykos Romania now owns 80.59% of Next Docs ECM Expert and 80% of Next Docs Confidential.
In October 2019, Inform Lykos Romania acquired 65.07% of Next Docs ECM Expert and 65.45% of Next Docs Confidential from Romanian IT group Sistec in October 2019.
