Megan Fox, who starred in his "Bloody Valentine" music video. The couple wore coordinated ensembles, with MGK in a white and silver suit jacket with pink details that perfectly matched Fox's gorgeous form-fitting pink satin jumpsuit. Megan also wore a silver bag that matched her beau's outfit. And to top off the look, Colson sported a very intricate manicure with long pointed fingernails.
