LOCK HAVEN — If you have had young children over the last 21 years, you may know Nancy Antram, the Youth Services Coordinator at Annie Halenbake Ross Library.
She has assisted and instructed a generation of children throughout the county, not just at Ross Library, but in the community through her outreach. She’s also been on boards and participated in the community in a variety of other ways, each one an expression of her love and support for Clinton County.
