Ramaphosa attend SADC meeting on Mozam terror attacks

Leaders in the SADC region will hold emergency talks today on the recent terror attacks in Mozambique.

Islamic State-linked militants stormed the town of Palma over two weeks ago. 
Dozens of people were killed, among them Durbanite Adrian Nel, who'd been working in the neighbouring country. 
Yesterday, Mozambique's President Filipe Nyusi said the insurgents had been chased out. 
President Cyril Ramaphosa's just arrived in the country. 
Six regional heads of state, foreign ministers and other government officials are attending the two-day extraordinary Troika Summit.
