A 41 year old was served the Book of Evidence at Sligo District Court and sent forward for trial to the circuit court charged with assault causing harm. Bernard Ward of Glencarrig, Ballinode, Sligo is charged with assaulting Martin Ward causing him harm at Shannon Eighter on August 15th 2021.
