The suspect in the killing of the chairman of Barangay Tonsuya, Malabon City last May surrendered to the members of the Malabon City Police Station (MCPS) on Wednesday, Dec. 28.
Col. Amante Daro, MCPS chief, identified the suspect as Jennifer Loquez, 45, the current barangay captain of Tonsuya.
