Given a lecture at the Royal Aeronautical Society where he branded Russia's cyberspace actions as criminal Stephen said no one expects to return to the potential state based conflicts and threats from Russia including the poisoning of a former Russian spy in Seoul spray the bombing of civilians in Syria and the illegal annexation of Crimea the post-war consensus that has provided the basis for the rules based international order is being challenged and undermined we must respond collectively with our NATO and other partners to counter hostile acts by Russia against our countries our interests and our values NATO is expelling 7 Russian diplomats in response to the nerve agent attack in Salisbury and follow similar by 26 other countries anting in solidarity with the U.K. The chairman of the far Commons Foreign Affairs Committee the Conservative M.P. Tom to Can had said to reason may deserves praise I think we've got to pay credit where it's due to the prime minister in the whole of the diplomatic team who've done fantastically well in securing Alliance responses from across the world and around the world and she demonstrated by presenting the evidence extremely clearly and I've heard this in feedback from many different delegations that she was extremely effective at Manchester's fire service as a change in culture as needed after of highly critical review of its response to last year's suicide bombing the review found it took nearly 2 hours for firefighters to reach the saying $22.00 people were killed and hundreds of others injured at the Manchester Arena the author of the report because like I said there'd been an extraordinary failure of leadership within the fire service. The government has announced it wants to introduce a deposit scheme on plastic bottles in England ministers hope the proposal which could come into force by the end of the year will cut waste and increase recycling of similar schemes already running in no way the Environment Secretary Mike guy says the plans will be consulted on in order to get them right 1st time all the countries right we can learn from them but there are particular circumstances in the U.K. The way in which local government for example currently recycles material the way which will corner shops or truck customers well we've got to make sure that this scheme works and that's what we want to consult with everyone affected in order to ensure that when we press the go button everything works effectively the French president a monument called will lead a national memorial service in all manner of the gendarme who died off as popping places with the hostage joining us attack in southern France last week that's unkind all I know about the calm became the 4th victim rather one lakh dame who carried out several attacks next caucus on football on the international friendly between England and Italy ended one all Scotland beat hungry one nail in Budapest and Cricket Australia are expected to announce for the punishments to 3 players involved in the bold print controversy the captaincy of Smith vice captain David Warner and Bassam Cameron Bancroft have all been sent home from the tour of South Africa and that's the latest I'm soo Mansfield. Say something we're controversial in a few moments time so brace yourself especially if you are local and you love it when I shame on for Najaf and shame on a number of individuals but more on that in a moment and the reason is because due to the weather my bio last night I found all of these problems but anyway weather wise today the I go see your top temperature in about 31 sunshine and clouds him for 9 mainly dry few thundery showers later on tonight I know interesting our top temperatures and 29 degrees dicey States is slight and there is no sea advisory at the moment now last night I went out to do my bike ride a bit later than normal and I was a bit of a disastrous late because the point was really far in and the sound was just so soft I was just thinking it it and the tires may because I'm just to have a but I love my bike and I cycled a little way and I kind of went up I got I get on the officers mess I kind of normally cycle up towards put arguer and didn't get very far so I decided to turn around and go on the road and I cycled up to wards on the road well on the side roads. To wards the. Hotel and I always hate getting on the beach right about the C.V. Hotel because it's always got so much leisure. And it has been appalling last few months I just want to say a big well done to the scouts to the officer's mess to the Pienaar groups to all the local groups I've done the beach cleanup campaigns because in certain parts it is absolutely beautiful it is spotless and you head on towards Pienaar going it's really really claim anyway I was on there by an undecided to there's a there's a road or Pacific. Member the word last night and my sis picked me up for their real stake in the mix I dropped all of the teas in the work over to where do it well. Is it to. Well Don yes you're absolutely right your mother sounds dreadful. Do you have trouble sleeping last night the worst thing I think is about 3 o'clock in the morning and. 315 Actually I woke up and one of my best friends is on our way to Singapore with a family and they weren't sure whether they as well as British Airways and weren't sure whether they were going to get on the fly or not and I thought the message message to me so I was replying and then I thought check my emails and they just shouldn't do it should you quote 3 this morning and then I was a lying back in bed thinking I we're I really do need to go back to sleep but it took hour and then you know your line and then you get wound up knowing that you can't go back to sleep and then you're thinking the alarms going to go off so you know I'm getting about is late for the alarm goes off anyway if you suffer from sleep deprivation or sometime time some type of insomnia then this solution I did read about this blanket before anyway there are apps that raving are very over in America and they're saying that basically there is A C 3000000 Americans who don't get enough sleep 83000000 Americans have sleep problems anyway this is a blanket called the gravity blanket and it's inspired by harming a technique called deep pressure stimulation which claims to use the same feelings that you get from hugs from cuddling from swaddling babies and from holding and these blankets designed to apply gentle pressure prompting feelings of relaxation and they are getting absolutely rave reviews now the blanket weighs roughly 10 percent of your body weight and I was thinking about that surely that's a pendulum the size of the individual. It's called the home blanket as well and you can buy it is available over in America for something like $120.00 U.S. Dollars Is that worth their investment. Yes to keep me out of the legs. Too far this will give. You a list. Consumers follow you. People still a little sleep waiting for me to chemists completely. To sleep among consumers. And then Love. Love. Love. leg. Should. Play a. Little . Look a. Little . Airlock. So it was an awful says that if the F.B.I. Some day this coming Sunday is celebrating 100 days that they are off. Can't for example. Right if the F.B.I. Would have put it I might find out wouldn't it Robert Levy every heartbeat as well so scientists have now said that if you exercise for around about next week that each so I 30 times 3 times 30 minutes a week I get it right in a minute and then you stop depression can kick in as little as 3 days later after 2 weeks it's downhill from then on I'm just thinking about the fact that I really have not got my exercise regime under control.
