And as they point out, it could also interfere with future investigations of any type because witnesses and agents would be concerned that anything that goes into that search warrant affidavit maybe unsealed by a federal judge against their wishes immaturely. That could interfere with the investigation and it has a Chilling Effect on future criminal investigations. That is the concern and i think they want to hear from the parties and wants to see whether something in redacted form could be released, but it is hard for me to believe that this affidavit will be released in its entirety.
