The school put him on paid leave when the mercury news began digging for information but laker who is still a professor at sjsu says he has lost all trust in the university. Its evidence you will use filed against the School District and administrators at monte vista who he claims failed to protect black students targeted on social media by six to ten boys from various racial backgrounds. They called themselves [ censored ] masters. They went on to say that they were going to kill each student they created a kill list on that list the names of 6 or 7 black students in the school. Reporter the lawsuit was filed on behalf of the family of one of the girl students on the list. They mentioned her by name and gave a specific credible threat they would riddle her with bullets and talked about how many bullets it would take. Reporter the incidents happened last fall and also included disparaging remarks against women but only came to light recently when it was published by students in a School Magazine a coalition of south bay civil Rights Groups accusing the district of a coverup.
