Mother Health International is an organization that works mainly in northern uganda where they help women birth. At the same time hes an uber tal en, super funny and super smart. He submitted a voice tape to a Radio Station when he was a young adult to get a spot. Sight unseen they actually hired him. He got in the car, he relocated his family. When he got there in his 500 pound body, they rescinded the offer. He was devastated. But i have to say at the same time this was his motivation to change his ways. So he gave himself a calorie budget. He stuck with it. He just put in whatever he wanted and the weight literally fell off. He lost 275 pounds. He then hit a roadblock. I think a lot of people can relate to this. He actually gained back about 100. He was on a mission to knock it back off. This time he looked at the emotional component. He has a couple of tricks up his sleeve hes going to share when he comes out. Showing shawns before picture.
