Not the same. Right. Yeah. One his favorites . Pork tenderloin with a roasted plup chroast ed plum chutney. I love the major ingredients, first make the chutney. Plums, cinnamon, maple syrup. First, pick up plums in the fall, though . Plums. The little purple plums you have in in september. So i sauteed shallots, what im doing, adding apples, green apples, yep. Got it, and plums into the saute pan. Just going to saute them together. Okay. With the onions. Kind of sweet and saucy. Yeah. Sweet and savory. And the apples actually have pe pectham in them using granny smith . Granny smith. Love them. And this . Juice. Maple syrup. Sweet and savory at the same time. Uhhuh. All the spices.
