You see that one gets close to the car, followed by a second woman, and as the man tries, i presume, to start the car, they reach in and take his keys. Nice. The man tries to get back in the car, the women, one of them leaning on the door to not let him. He does anyway, but it doesnt matter. The women team up to take his keys and hold him there until police arrive. Grab him. Police arrived and the 59 year old was charged with failing to provide a specimen for analysis and has been released on bail. Allison has called hope for paws, they work in southern california. She called them because she saw a dog and is afraid that dog will run into the middle of the street and away from her. It looks so scared. It is, but the people at hope for a paws do a lot of animal rescues. They put up a little netting because they want to make sure the dog doesnt run away. Once they get the netting around hes able to pet the dog. Good girl. There you go. Gets a little closer. Finally gets a leash around her neck and coaxes her to come out from behind the car.
