Exotic animals as pets is something we cringe about often. For whatever reason it continues to be a growing trend in saudi arabia. Here you see a man walking a tiger. Hes got it on a leash. They are at a festival. Theres a lot of kids. Have you to see the tiger lunging at kids and them running away. Is this part of the festival or an attraction. Wasnt part of the festival. What a shock. Shortly after lunging at other children, turns around and snatches a child to the ground and the video ends there. That kid is around 6 years old. You can breathe. They were able to rescue the child before it was injured. Obviously this video is causing a lot of people to chime in because it was posted to social media. People in the area of outraged. They are echoing our sentiment, these exotic animals are not pets, not meant to be in those situations. They see people moving fast, its innate for them to go after them. They are predator they are going to go after prey. This is so stupid. This next video takes place in australia. These emus are in their own natural habitat. The guy that filmed the video said he was pretty amused to see the animals up close an personal. He said he saw them first and they kind of went after them. He warned the dude on the bicycle. He did it anyway. You can imagine what happened next. Did you see the size of that chicken. Thats actually kind of cool but keep cycling. Emi goes right after the guy on the bike. Emus out there to motivate the cyclist. Get them to push a little harder. Thats no way to get your heart rate up for sure. Weve seen the wobs that have gone crazy viral. Seems like his mission is to put many smiles on many faces. In this case, its just one case hes worried about. I know how much you love to travel. I know how much you enjoy traveling and love adventure. Sometimes its hard or impossible to do certain things, you know. He has muscular dystrophy. It makes it extremely hard for him to travel. Good afternoon im Rick Williams with a breaking news update on the package explosion in center city injuring a 60yearold man. Now a press conference into the investigation into what happened. I know you all know, and special agent in charge for the fbi mike harpster. What you wanted to do today, is to talk about an incidents that occurred earlier today. I think its important that we get in front of you here because perhaps there is a little bit of misinformation and we hope as best as we can to clear up the misinformation and tell you as much as we know right now and as much as we can tell you. I would caution you that the investigation is in its infancy. I will try to be as open and transparent as i can be. Earlier this mowning approximately 4 00 a. M. Philadelphia Police Department received a dispatch call to respond to a possible explosive incidents at 1808 pine street here in philadelphia. Upon their arrival they came upon an individual that appeared to have sustained some significant injuries. Response from the philadelphia bomb squad as well as the folks from atf and fbi and Postal Inspection Service out to the scene to conduct a preliminary assessment of what we had at the scene. The preliminary indications are is there was a suspected explosive device that detonated inside of the house at 1808. Im not going to get in particulars in terms of the identity or the subject himself. The victim of the explosive incident. That information is circulating out there, and we have calls on that but we are not confirming the identity of the victim as this time. The victim was transported to Thomas Jefferson hospital and underwent surgery for injures sustained during the incident. As far as i know he is in stable condition that the point. There was an additional occupant inside of the residence that appears to be uninjured at this time. The evidence has been collected from the scene. We have the folks from our clickive agencies here all working the crime scene as well as the extent investigation. The device is being transported to our headquarters for further analysis so we can do a confirmation that it is an actual explosive device. But preliminary indications are, what we refer to as a suspected explosive device. I wish i could get into more of the investigation but let me say this, i think you can see from the collective response here for this investigation and the folks that rupp here. Obviously we will bring every resource to bear to try to figure out what actually happened here. This is not something we see every day in our city here. I assure you, no expense will be spared and well use every available resource to try to identify the responsible for this violent crime. Thank you. But please understand we are kind of running a number of leads down and its important for the integrity of the investigation to try to maintain that. So well try to answer your questions. Are you looking into if this was a hate crime of any kind for these occupants as part of the investigation . Well look at every possible motive that comes across our radar. And it includes everything. I dont have anything furnithern that. We are saying this all morning we dont have a motive but we would be remiss if we didnt track down every possible lead. We put nothing on any sign you saw. But we would be irresponsible to do that. Well look at everything. Commissioner patersons people is working hard and you know we have a great working relationship with our federal partners well continue to work the case. Was this victim in any way . We have no indication of that. Right now again the package was obviously sent to this individual. It was addressed to him, this is why we felt it was target specific but that is the reason we said that and nothing beyond that at this point. Can you talk about it not being terrorism . Organized terrorist group. I think a lot of people think being an explosive device as terror . Terror in you scare people. And not terror as you think of in this nation now.
