The restaurant was open and two customers flying this morning the entryway and front of the store is now boarded up. But the kitchen was not damaged, so the owner at the restaurant all day yesterday serving up meals on labor day. And the customers were lining up. The owner of ashleys Darnell Ashley says the place was pretty busy when the suv plowed through. He says the driver first got out of his suv and checked on everyone but then took off. He also says the two customers who were hurt by flying concrete but both will recover. Ashley is not sure yet how will be fixed but hes been in business for 18 years so he says this wont stop him he plans to keep cooking through it. Right now police are still looking for the person the man accused of setting a house fire that killed two children is due back in court today for his final pre trial hearing. Michael morgan is facing murder and arson charges in connection with the deadly blaze at 36th and Silver Spring last october. The fire killed a two and 10year old child. And critically injured their grandmother. And the man accused of shooting and killing another man outside of Milwaukee Police district 6 will also make an appearance in court today. The 65 yearold was with a friend. Into an argument with the victim. The 65 yearold is accused of pulling out a gun and shooting the man. He turned himself in immediately. The Man Told Police the shooting was in self new and startling information in the Jacob Wetterling case. We now know the suspect in the case who lead authorities to jacobs body may have a been working on a plea deal when he gave authorities that information. This is the suspect Danny Heinrich jacob disappeared when he was just 11 years old back in last week after years of the case being cold jacobs remains were found on a farm about 30 miles from where he was last seen. We also know heinrich is in jail on child pornography charges right now according to Court Documents hes been interviewed at least four times about jacobs abduction.
