Winter weekend opening

Although the Estate is open to visitors, the house is currently closed due to Government Covid-19 restrictions, the staff have still decked the rooms with Christmas decorations. Picture Tony Johnson Brand new to Harewood in 2021 is its winter long weekend opening from January 15, right up to the start of the main season on March 14. People can visit on Fridays to Sundays, plus throughout the February half term week. As well as a great trip out in wonderful surroundings, visitors can explore the Bird Garden until 3pm daily, take in the Harewood Terrace with its stunning Capability Brown views, walk around the Lakeside Path (last entry 4.15pm) with its new festoon lighting, wander the grounds, enjoy the Adventure Playground and take in views of the Yorkshire countryside.
