On the Corvallis campus, Cordley Hall received $86 million in bonding to continue a years-long renovation project. The-1960’s era building houses several science departments and is the university’s largest teaching and research facility.
In Bend, the OSU-Cascades campus will receive nearly $14 million for its “Student Success Center.” Student fees will add another $5 million to the project, which will include career and academic advising offices, a student health facility, and a veterans support center.
And back on OSU’s main campus, a massive renovation of Reser Stadium will be helped by $40 million in state bonds, which the university says will be repaid by the school’s athletic programs.
