The NBA and the Cleveland Cavaliers have unveiled the official logos for the 2022 NBA All-Star Game. The event and its associated festivities will be held at the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in downtown Cleveland on Feb. 20 next year. The game will be significant as the NBA will be celebrating its 75th year. And unlike last night s Covid-affected All-Star event in Atlanta, the All-Star game will next year likely revert to its multi-day extravaganza format, with thousands of expected visitors and hours of national media exposure. That s why it was touted so aggressively as a selling point for public subsidies during the Q Deal debate.

The state of California launched a new program Friday that allows residents the opportunity to get vaccinated by volunteering to help get others inoculated.
The online tool allows users to look for clinics and mass vaccine sites seeking help based on their ZIP code.

The Utah Jazz fared well during the 2021 All-Star festivities. Here s how each Jazz player did during the mid-season competitions.
Mike Conley:

Conley subbed in for an injured Devin Booker in both the Three-Point Contest as well as the All-Star Game. Conley ripped through the three-point competition, finding himself in the final round against notorious three-point shooter Stephen Curry. Conley was leading in the final round until Curry s last ball. The Warriors guard scorched the net to beat the Jazzman by one-point.
