Kerala Election Result 2021: The Indian Union Muslim League (IUML) Kerala is set to win as many as 15 assembly constituencies where counting of votes is still underway. According to the Election Commission data, IUML has won 12 seats and is leading in 3 other seats.
The Indian Union Muslim League (IUML) had contested the 2021 election in alliance with the Congress and other parties of United Democratic Front (UDF).
The IUML had won a total of 18 seats in the 2016 elections.
THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Even though the official announcement of the various exit polls done especially by TV channels in Kerala will be officially out on Thursday after 7 pm, the preliminary indications say the Pinarayi Vijayan-led Left government stands a good chance to create electoral history by becoming the first government to retain power.
Though the results of the exit polls have unofficially started to trickle out and is not looking good for the Congress-led Opposition, they continue to portray a sense of confidence that no such polls done so far have been correct.
Kerala went to the polls on April 6 to elect 140 legislators and counting will take place on Sunday.

Exit polls predict LDF retaining Kerala; a close win for BJP in Assam, Puducherry
Exit polls on Thursday, at the end of Assembly elections in five States, predicted a mixed bag for the BJP. While the party is seen romping home in Assam, the polls give a clear edge to Mamata Banerjee’s Trinamool Congress in West Bengal. The pollsters were near unanimous in predicting a sweep for the DMK in Tamil Nadu and a comeback for the Pinarayi Vijayan-led Left front in Kerala.
The BJP was seen making significant gains in West Bengal but, barring the CNX-Republic poll, which showed a hung Assembly with the BJP having the edge, and Jan Ki Baat that predicted a sweep for the BJP with 174 seats in the 292-member Assembly, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee was predicted to return to power. The predictions for the TMC getting a clear majority came from TimesNow/C-Voter, P-Marq and ETG, which gave the party between 158 and 169 s

While the election results for Bengal, Assam, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Puducherry will be declared on May 2, the results of exit polls for the elections have started coming in starting from 7 pm.
