VESTAL (WBNG) Make-A-Wish Central New York is continuing its partnership with Dunkin to raise funds for the 17 counties the chapter covers.
The partnership has raised over half-a-million dollars in the nine years that this has been taking place.
For Vestal High School senior Allie Bowen, it s personal.
Bowen is a former Make-A-Wish child who was able to go on a cruise with her family when she was 14. Now 17, she s paying it forward by helping with the organization. Just to be a part of the process for another person who s going through a similar thing to me is important. To be able to give back to this organization that I feel like made such a difference in my life, Bowen said.
