Overwhelmed and impressed how everybody their prayers and perseverance, humanity this is the way the world should be. Anchor andrew is nonverbal but made it clear he was happy to be home. Anchor Law Enforcement from several agencies, firefighters, and volunteers all worked to find andrew. Anchor as Adrienne Pedersen explains, because the 10yearold has autism, crews used special tactics during the difficult search. Reporter this happy reunion captured by news chopper 12. But before mom and son could get to this special moment, Law Enforcement worked tirelessly to find andrew. The 10yearold has autism and is nonverbal. Lieutenant kevin rice with Waukesha Police tells us the sensitive crime detectives are specially trained to handle cases like andrews. They know kids with autism usually head for the water. Police immediately used a drone to see the bottom of the water. Children with autism get scared easily. So rescuers couldnt just run up to him. Instead, firefighters put calming lights
