Landowners with available land can now easily find developers who need land to site natural capital elements. ‘The Green Offset’ – developed by Fisher German – links up parties looking to find land for any environmental requirements with landowners who have land available to facilitate this. Offset Seekers – firms or individuals looking for land - will be able to search for suitable sites using The Green Offset website, and will be able to contact landowners or their agents once a match is made. Landowners, referred to as Offset Providers, can easily register their land on the website, which will show that they are open to discussion and negotiation around siting of environmental schemes on their land.

This could be due to the fact there are lower numbers of staff in the office due to our hybrid way of working.”
Anne Edmonds and Lloyd Langford are both genuinely funny people, which is really all the premise you would need for a comedy show. Emma Donovan appeared at Heide Museum of Modern Art’s Summer Festival alongside her band, The Putbacks.
There is something very communal about Heide Museum of Modern Art. Perhaps it’s the sense of space lent by the expansive gardens surrounding the buildings, full of native plants and gnarled eucalypts. Or maybe it is to do with the original farmhouse, in which John and Sunday Reed lived, loved and held court for their artistic friends, whose works still adorn the walls with names now revered worldwide.
