The team behind Waterfront is opening an intimate supper club to Venice Beach called Winston House starting tomorrow evening, July 29, with owners Corey McGuire and Jake Matthews bringing in Andy Vaughn (Soho House Malibu and Buddakan NYC) to help manage the upscale restaurant and live music venue. McGuire will curate guests and has worked with the likes of Billie Eilish, A$AP Ferg, Janelle Monaé, and Justin Bieber in the past. The executive chef is Jared Dowling, who previously designed menus at Habitas resorts, and was the executive chef of Fat Radish in New York City, a popular British restaurant that focused on vegetables and only closed last year after a decade-long run.
