He is a white male in his 50s or 60s. 56. Police say he may be a transient. He was spotted in the area around the time the suit case was left on the street wednesday. The medical examiner released new details about the victim in the case. Confirmed it was a light skinned male found in the suit case. No word on tattoos or other identifying marks.
