It was a night of both laughter and tears, but above all, it was a demonstration of love. Barbadians came out last Sunday night to
Solidarity House for an evening of music and hope in a benefit concert hosted to assist ailing singer/entertainer Sharon Darlington.
Darlington who was recently diagnosed with cervical cancer was brought to tears throughout the evening as several of the island’s musical talents belted out tune after tune in her honour and in the effort to raise funds for much needed medical attention overseas. And there were many awe-inspiring performances.
