Hill comes to Pacifica Hotels most recently from The Decurion Corporation in Los Angeles, California where he was Corporate Executive Chef. Prior to that role, he was Executive Chef at The Henry in Beverly Hills, California, the Culinary Director of Operations at Madison Restaurant Group in Minneapolis-St. Paul, Executive Chef at Manny s Steakhouse at The W Hotel in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Opening Lead Chef at Cosmos Restaurant at Le Meridien Hotel in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Hill received a Culinary Program Associates Degree from The Arts Institute International in Minneapolis, Minnesota and was an English Major at University of Hawaii.
