This time, however, Carey says she's in it for real. "Last time, I was young, dumb and full of fun," Carey, who's now 40, told Bay Area news outlet ABC7 Monday. "And this time I'm more experienced and I am not going to take this position laying down. I am ready to be on top."

SYDNEY—Australian intimate apparel maker Naked Brand Group Limited has completed multiple strategic capital financings resulting in cash proceeds of $270 million and the elimination of all previous debt servicing obligations.

In conjunction with the digital transformation, the company will be able to leverage its brand and platform to build out proprietary technology to meet the needs of consumers.
