Nigerian record label boss Kashy Godson has been laid to rest days after his mysterious death.
The C.E.O. of Cash Nation Entertainment was alleged to have committed suicide even though his family thinks otherwise.
The music executive was buried according to Muslim rites on Friday, March 12, 2021, in Ghana.
In attendance were close family and friends.
Kash Godson died on Sunday, March 7, after allegedly committing suicide.

Aliyah who said she dated the late C.E.O. of
Cash Nation Entertainment for two years said Barry Jhay had nothing to do with his death.
"I want everyone to know that he was not depressed neither was he mentally ill or on some hard drugs. Do not believe everything you see on the Internet," she wrote. Aliyah says she knows the person behind her boyfriend's death. [LIB]

Controversy is surrounding the death of the Chief Executive Officer, Cash Nation Entertainment, Babatunde Abiodun, aka Kashy.
Three narratives have emerged about the circumstances surrounding Abiodun’s death on Sunday, March 7, 2021.
One narrative claimed that Abiodun, who was said to have been battling depression for months, allegedly committed suicide by jumping down from a balcony, while another had it that before his death, a fight broke out between him and an artiste signed to his record label, Oluwakayode Balogun, aka Barry Jhay.

Instablog9ja, Balogun was seen recording himself explaining that Abiodun chased him out of his house during the fight, adding that he was recording a song when the fight started. Blood stain was also seen on Balogun’s mouth.
