Srinagar: Research Development Cell of Amar Singh College Srinagar organised a special lecture on the theme “Intellectual Property Rights and Small Scale Innovations” which was delivered by Dr Sheikh Fayaz Ahmad, Faculty member at Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, on Friday.
