3 35 in wilmington and philadelphia. south jersey, chillier feeling, atlantic city, 35 degrees. without the wind, we re in the low 40s. the suburbs 40, 40 degrees in the lehigh valley. 15 mile-an-hour winds blowing in delaware. we ll see a lot of sunshine today. the temperatures climbing to 50 in delaware, 48 in philadelphia. i ll break it down hour by hour and show you how quickly the temperatures will climb and look at the weekend, too, when i m back in a few minutes. now to breaking news. flames and fear. a fire ripped through a senior facility in the dead of night. skaf members scrambled to save team as their home goes up in spoke. at least 20 people were taken to area hospitals. dozens more are being taken to temporary shelters. nbc10 news has live coverage of the fire at barclay friends nursing home in west chester. katy zachry is there live and spoke with witness who s jumped into action to help out. we start with dray clark at the good fellowship ambulance center.
kings land. he says seniors were carried out it was a team effort. as i was going in and out i noticed my neighbors were going in and out and everybody was doing everything they could to help the fire department. reporter: at a news conference just about two hours ago officials told us at least 27 residents have been injured and at this point they re still trying to account for everyone after the chaotic night. we re still compiling a list and working a list with the owners of the facility itself and trying to get a solid fix on everybody on all the residents and that they have all been accounted for. reporter: we re also told the next steps are to finish making sure the fire is totally under control and then sending in a team of experts to figure out what happened and look for possible victims who may not have made it out. we have certified fire investigators, explosive specialist chemists electrical engineers. reporter: skills that will certainly be needed to

marathon runners. take a look at temperatures right now in philadelphia, 42 degrees, low 40s, wind not terribly breezy quite yet and the rain is not here yet. so a dry run. 32 degrees in reading right now. we re at 41 in wilmington and dover s at 39. check out rehoboth beach, the marina near atlantic city, these numbers near 50 degrees to start. with the warm air flow coming in from the southwest today, some of these numbers are going to approach 60 as we get into the afternoon hours. that s because we have warm front moving our way. this is the front side of the storm system that s moving our direction. and that rain is going to make it to us by late morning and then those early afternoon hours. and then it s going to be on/off moving throughout the afternoon, the evening, even early tomorrow. remember i mentioned that warm front? check this out, low to mid 50s this afternoon in philly, starts to cool a little bit, then there s the warm front. we start warming overnight. not
