Fundraiser donors support meals for local distribution May 10, 2021
Southern Delaware Therapeutic Riding volunteers are grateful to be able to share the goodwill and support the organization receives from its neighbors in Sussex County.
As part of the grilled hot dog drive-through fundraiser held May 1 at its Harbeson Road farm in Milton, the group was able to spread the generosity of its supporters throughout the local community.
For the price of their tickets, fundraiser attendees got a grilled hot dog, drink and dessert plus entry to the raffle for a Blackstone gas grill donated by Bests’ Ace Hardware. Sponsors of the event included Linda Berdine, Kimberly Distilli, Performance Food Services, Bests’ Ace Hardware, Atlantic Liquors, Casapulla’s Subs, McDonald’s and Chick-fil-A restaurants in Rehoboth, the Elmer family, and the Peden family.
