Snow is falling across wales, the midlands and southern england, with the met office urging people to brace themselves for transport problems. Almost 20 centimetres have fallen in powys in mid wales. An amber weather alert has been issued, and theres a warning that some rural areas could be cut off. Simon clemison reports. It could be a scene from the snowman.
