Hindalco Industries wholly owned American subsidiary Novelis Inc., has filed confidentially for an initial public offering with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission while Swan Energy's Rs 4,000 crore-QIP opened on Tuesday at a floor price of Rs 703.29 per share.
Juniper Hotels Ltd. has raised Rs 810 crore from anchor investors, ahead of its initial public offering. The company allotted 2.25 crore shares at Rs 360 apiece to 43 anchor investors. Kotak Multicap Fund got the highest allocation of 12.35%.
The Supreme Court directed SpiceJet Ltd. on Monday to pay $1.25 million to Credit Suisse AG before March 15 in order to clear out its arrears before the next date of hearing.
Appearing for Credit Suisse, senior advocate Siddhartha Dave told a bench of Justices Hima Kohli and Ahsanuddin Amanullah that as of Feb. 15, the budget carrier was in default of $1.25 million.

Promoter Whirlpool Mauritius will be selling the stake at a floor price of Rs 1,230 per share, according to the term sheet reviewed by NDTV Profit. The floor price indicates a discount of 7.6% to the stock's Monday closing price.
Adani Green Energy Ltd. operationalised 551 MW solar capacity at its renewable energy park in Gujarat's Khavda on Wednesday.
Production began within 12 months of commencing work on the Khavda facility, the company said in a statement.
