Its cell phone video and it really shows how this alley behind these homes were lit up by this fire. Its on ridge road and g street. Inside this car police found a body. Theyre not clear whether the body found was that of a woman or a man and neighbors tell us that they heard a blast of gunfire just after 7 30 followed by a big explosion and that is when they saw the flames engulfing the vehicle.
