The featured speaker at Monday's Democratic luncheon will be Donna Inversin, a member of the Carson City Open Space Advisory Committee since 2011. She has been a Muscle Powered board member since 2007, and in the years since has served as the group's president, secretary, treasurer, walk leader and trash mob organizer.
