GLASGOW and Clyde Valley neighbourhoods looking to become part of the urban community buy-out scene are being supported in their quest with the launch of a new Community Ownership Hub. It is building on the success of such buy-outs over the last five years, since community right to buy was extended to cover urban areas. Now, a fifth of all community-owned assets in Scotland are in towns and cities and the country is said to lead the way internationally in community-led urban regeneration.
