San francisco supervisors will consider a controversial homeless shelter set to be built along the citys waterfront. Angry neighbors want to file an appeal. Today theyll demand the board of supervisors require a review in order to stop the project. Theyre threatening to sue if they dont get their way. In april the Port Commission approved building the shelter with 200 beds.
