Sue diamond seems very well qualified to represent clients before the Planning Commission. I dont think she has the type of perspective that the city is a in desperate need of at the moment. We dont need legal counsel. The planning apartment has lawyers. The Planning Commission has access to lawyers. But we desperately need is people who really understand the major crisis being faced by low and middle income families, and individuals right now in our city. I think she mentioned she supported sb50. That was what i heard. I think that is something that i will board of supervisors passed a resolution in unanimous opposition to realizing it was a wolf in sheets and clothing. That took a lot of control i believe shes a woman of integrity that has done a lot of great work in her career. I dont think that is the perspective it that we need to in the Planning Commission right now. I would strongly support doing a broader search and finding someone who brings the perspective of the crisis we ar
Promise that everybody would be able to come back to their units. Promises have rung hollow in the past. It wasnt surprising to me that many residents didnt feel wonderful and really safe based on those promises. Now its going to be the law, the law of the city. That is what it should have always been and thats what it finally will be and i could not be more excited and more proud to be supporting and be a sponsor of this legislation. Forecast highs will be a little below average to near average. A long stretch in august. In early september, they were all above. That is not the case now. I think it may be below normal temperatures by next tuesday. Locale low clouds filling them. The monsoon clouds are taking an exit stage right. 50s on the temps remaining. Low 50s, mid 50s, even upper 40s. 59 in santa clara valley. 58 in gilroy. 57, santa cruz. Boulder creek, they are at 61. Onshore breeze in place. Not screaming or roaring, but it is there. The low clouds will fill them. We have an isolated shower, but a lot of that is heading off toward central nevada and points east. For us, low clouds. In 10 minutes or, 60s, 70s, and 80s on the temperatures. Anything better to report . Anything back to normal . Or are they still clogged up .
