All health professionals caring for a Londonderry teenager in the months before his death acted appropriately, an inquest has found.
Andrew Quigley (19), from Galliagh, was addicted to drugs he used to cope with anxiety and mental health issues.
On January 18, 2014 Mr Quigley entered the River Foyle after a night out. His body was recovered 30 days later.
Coroner Anne-Louise Toal recalled how, in her evidence, Mr Quigley s mother Collette told the inquest her son had suffered greatly with anxiety and depression in the last year of his life, and that during the final months he made numerous suicide attempts,
Ms Quigley felt the help they received was a simple plaster and not appropriate to address the range of issues he had.
