Surat, Gujarat: In a major embarrassment for the civic authorities in Gujarat s Surat, at least three persons have received Covid-19 inoculation certificates without getting the actual vaccine dose.
According to the news agency PTI, a senior civic official played down the incident saying that it was a technical glitch and they were trying to fix it.
These three persons were scheduled to get vaccinated on March 13 at a health centre, however, they received their inoculation certificates before getting the jabs.
