The Enugu State Command of the Nigeria Police Force on Monday said combined security forces have killed three gunmen said to be pro-Biafran agitators who were planning to enforce the “illegal sit-at-home” in the state. A statement by the Command's Spokeman, Daniel Ndukwe said that the victims were killed at the early hours of Monday, during a gunfight with the security agents. Ndukwe noted that three pump action guns and cutlasses and other incriminating items were recovered.
