how does this go forward? the attorneys should rely on the process and not try this case in the public eye in this way. it will be a public hearing, if it does go there. if the prosecutor s do charge governor cuomo. to stand there point by point or make the broad pronouncements saying this is false, it s reckless and dangerous. why not say we re looking forward to the time that can be vindicated. there s a due process. whatever it is. to really look and attack what the process this is a 5 1/2 month long investigation done by two very well-respected attorneys, one of which i litigated against. i have respect for ann clark. she won t risk or do anything inappropriate. both of these independent investigators left no stone
