The Cedar Falls Police have arrested a man who led them on a chase Sunday. Police observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed in the area of West 12th and College Streets. They attempted to pull the vehicle over, but the vehicle led them on a chase through Cedar Falls, Waterloo, and Elk .
